Veterans Memorial Park

 

Located on the shore of Lake Ewauna, this park is a great place to enjoy. Take a picturesque pause from a trip downtown. Enjoy a coffee or lunch by the water. Reflect on our veterans and their sacrifices. Launch a kayak and enjoy a paddle on the lake. Sit by the water and meditate. Take the kids and have a picnic.

Fun Fact: There is geothermal running under the memorial bricks in Veteran’s Park so that the snow melts in the winter and the names are still visible.
